Vinee Patel
Vinee Patel, is a Customer Success Manager with over 15 years of experience in healthcare practice management and revenue cycle management. She has worked with leading organizations such as Tebra in the EHR space and Klara in patient engagement, where she supported medical practices in optimizing workflows, strengthening referral partnerships, and elevating the overall patient experience.
Her expertise spans revenue cycle operations, billing, and guiding accounts seamlessly from sales through long-term success.
Vinee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Effects from the Savannah College of Art and Design and an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington. Based in the Dallas area, she lives with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she is passionate about art, meditation, and mental health advocacy—particularly ADHD awareness.
She currently serves on the City of Frisco’s Arts and Culture Board, appointed by the Mayor.
